No know history. I bought the car(came in boxes) from Laurie Alexander but he had no information about the car. I’m the second owner of TC7624EXU. Been in contact with the original owner’s daughter and son. They have fond memories of riding in the back when they were little. Sent me pictures of the parents on their honeymoon in the TC.

I purchased this car from an estate in San Francisco where it had been stored for 45 years. During the disassembly I found a registration tag from 1955. The car was registered to Morris Fiksdal with an address in Palo Alto California. Morris lived in Africa as Bush pilot for Jane Goodall and Dr. Leakey in 1970s, and then lived on his sailboat in the South Pacific for several years. He didn't come back to the states until just before his death. Prior to the 1970s Morris resided in Los Altos Hills with his family and ran safaris in Africa. He also hid the car from his wife during their divorce!
