Original XPAG 7509. Daniel writes:
‘Cars on 5th' (https://www.carsonfifth.com/) is the largest and most impressive automobile show annually in the very upscale and affluent town of Naples FL. My fine '48 TC won Best in Show – British at this year's show in February! I was humbled and speechless there for a moment! Nice job TC!! Serious credibility!!
Owned by James Miller in 1976. Owned by TCMG member Allan Chalmers of San Francisco, California and then Bud Bradford of Florida in the 1999-2009 period, and then went to TCMG members (joined 10/21/2009) Don and Suzanne Scheu of Lancaster, Virginia in 2009. Later sold to TCMG member Daniel Tiedge of Naples, Florida, who joined TCMG 5/8/23. The original engine (XPAG 7509) blew when racing in the 50's and was replaced with 11047, which was originally installed in a TD.

Owned by James Miller in 1976. Owned by TCMG member Allan Chalmers of San Francisco, California who sold it to Bud Bradford of North Carolina for $17K in the 1999-2009 period. Bud passed away in 2009 and the car was listed for sale in North Carolina for $25K. The ad in the August 2009 TCMG newsletter stated, "It has bobbed front fenders, a louvered bonnet and tripod lights, Datsun steering with a distinctive paint job." Purchased for $23K by TCMG members (joined 10/21/2009) Don and Suzanne Scheu of Lancaster, Virginia in 2009. Don returned the body to stock. It was later sold to TCMG member Daniel Tiedge of Naples, Florida, who joined TCMG 5/8/23.
