On Sunday, July 26 join us for a tour back in time to the days of old Hollywood. Our morning starts with breakfast before departing on a driving tour along historic roads to Hollywood. Our destination, The Hollywood Heritage Museum, is located in the historic Lasky-DeMille Barn, the oldest surviving motion picture studio in Hollywood. This is where Jesse L. Lasky and Cecil B. DeMille, produced the first feature-length film in 1913, leading to the birth of Paramount Pictures.
Don’t miss the opportunity to drive in a pack of TCs along the famous Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard! See legendary sights including the Capitol Records building, Hollywood & Vine, and Laurel Canyon. Have your photo taken by hundreds of shocked tourists and become an internet sensation! OK maybe not, but it will still be fun!
If you plan to attend this event, please RSVP to events chair Steve Simmons so we can let the museum know how large the group is. Details on meeting time and location are forthcoming.
